Premier Turf's revolutionary synthetic turf is the result
of a fundamental change in manufacturing process of synthetic
turf products, and a remarkable innovations in the infill
that is used. The turf is made of a hybrid polypropylene
fibers to a consistent even height.
The
Infill is the Key
The infill process is a carefully mixed compound of ground
rubber and specially graded silica sand. The infill is a
non-compactable (ie: won't stiffen up), and resilient mixture
that fills the voids between the blades of grass creating
a root system that allows them to remain vertical. This
infill simulates dirt that is embedded between blades of
natural grass.

molds and growing organisms on the surface. The infill method
allows drainage and keeps fibers erect. The cushoning effect
maintains that natural feel and prevents damage to the surface
